AS 350-Eurocopter Squirrel / ASTAR / Ecureuil / AS350 AS 350 BA This helicopter is known by many varied names. The Squirrel is a light single-engined helicopter which can carry upto 5 passengers + 1 pilot depending on the aircraft seating configuration. This aircraft is very versatile, having many advantages such as a spacious cabin, comfortable seating, all forward facing seats, unobstructed cabin for excellent viewing, unrivalled performance and reliability and a fast cruise speed which meets the requirements of the most varied missions. The AS350BA model has an increased load performance, being able to takeoff with an additional 150 kg payload above the AS350B model.
